Sarv Studio (“Sarv”, “we”, “us”) runs madebysarv.com. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• The contact form. Your work email, the challenge you describe and the service you choose.
• Booking a call. Calls are booked through Cal.com. The name, email and time you enter there go to Cal.com and to us.
• Email, phone and WhatsApp. Whatever you choose to send us when you contact us directly.

The site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or its own cookies.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, to prepare for and hold the call you booked, and to work with you if we start a project together. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Services that receive data

Some parts of the site load from other companies. When they do, your browser shares your IP address with them, and they handle it under their own privacy policies:

• Google Fonts serves the site’s typefaces.
• Cal.com runs the booking calendar and may set cookies when you open it.
• Spotify plays the embedded playlist and may set cookies.
• WhatsApp handles any messages you send us there.
• Cloudflare hosts the site and processes requests to it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and booking details for as long as we need them to talk with you or to work together, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to contact@madebysarv.com and we will reply within 30 days.
